Shipping & Returns

Thank you for ordering with Snowflake Crochet and supporting my small business. All items from my store are handmade in a smoke-free and pet-free environment. I work with high-quality wool blends, vegan fibers, and the occasional luxury hand dyed merino wool.

CUSTOMIZATION

I hope that you found everything you were looking for. If not, do not hesitate to inquire about custom orders. I encourage customization, whether its color, sizing(adding a slouch), or making it fit a smaller/larger head. If you are purchasing a hat for someone with a lot of hair, please let me know this or any customization details in the note to seller section of your order.

To add any product to your existing order, please email me as soon as possible to receive an invoice for the added items. Your items will be shipped together, lowering the shipping costs.  

DELIVERY TIMES

All products have different turn-around times and range from 1-5 business days before shipment. Please refer to each product description for the specific turn-around time. The times given for each item to be made before shipping is per item so ordering multiples of the same item will increase that time. The average normal delivery time between placing an order and receiving the order is 10 business days. Also, keep in mind that every item is made by my hands so there may be slight variations between items.

Packages are shipped via USPS. Items have an estimated 3-5 business day delivery time once it has been shipped, depending on your location within the US.  Packages shipped to Canada or the UK will have an estimated delivery time of 6-10 business days.  If you missed the option for faster delivery during check-out, please notify me ASAP to change the delivery method with an additional fee added.  

TRACKING

All orders made will include a tracking number. 

Once items are shipped, they become property of the United States Postal Service, and I cannot be held responsible and do not give refunds on lost, damaged, or stolen orders during the shipping process.

HOLIDAY CHANGES

During the holidays months starting October 1st, product shipping times will be doubled. If you place an order during the month of December, the cutoff date for guaranteed delivery for Christmas is December 5th with Free Shipping. All orders placed between December 5th-10th will need to pay for Express Shipping to guarantee delivery for Christmas. Express 1-3 days shipping can be found in the shipping section of the store. 

All orders placed after December 10th cannot be guaranteed for Christmas delivery.

Snowflake Crochet cannot be held responsible for any loss or damages occurring in the shipping process but will do our best to ensure a smooth transaction and receipt of all items. Please contact us if you incur any problems.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

I gladly accept returns

Contact me within: 3 days of delivery.

Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery

I don’t accept exchanges or cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
